Delete your Gardo account
This page is for the Gardo app developed by EvraLabs.
Delete in the app
- Open Gardo and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@evralabs.app from the address registered to your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. After verifying your identity we delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, profile and preferences.
- All photos you uploaded and the images of your items.
- Your wardrobe, outfits, feedback and wear history.
- Records of the consents you gave.
Data is deleted immediately and removed from backups within 30 days. Aggregated cost records without personal data (e.g. AI usage statistics) may be kept in anonymous form.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
